Contact Access
The AKTİF MÜŞTERİ mobile application accesses your device's contact information to save customer phone numbers to your device's contact list. This feature is necessary to enable you to easily search for customer information and communicate with them. Contact access is only performed with your explicit consent, and a clear explanation is provided within the application for this process. You can revoke contact access permission at any time through your device's application settings.
Rights, Requests, and Communication Preferences
Our customers may, at any time and without providing any reason, contact AKTİF MÜŞTERİ through the communication channels below to request cessation of the processing of their personal data and/or the sending of commercial electronic communications. Upon receipt of such requests by AKTİF MÜŞTERİ, personal data processing and/or the sending of commercial electronic messages will be stopped within the applicable legal timeframe. However, data that the current legislation permits/requires to be processed/stored/retained may continue to be processed, and the sending of commercial electronic messages may continue where legally permitted. If they wish, our customers can contact AKTİF MÜŞTERİ at any time to obtain information regarding the processing of their personal data. Such requests and applications will be fulfilled within the maximum legal periods or may be rejected with a legal justification.
Commercial Communication
In accordance with the applicable legislation, AKTİF MÜŞTERİ may send various social, commercial, and other electronic messages to its customers for the purposes of promotion, advertising, communication, campaigns, sales, and marketing related to any products and services, via SMS/text messages, push notifications, automated calls, computers, telephones, email, fax, and other electronic communication tools.
Contracts and Purchases
If, as a result of the information provided and/or commercial electronic messages sent to you, a product/service purchase is made, such transaction will be subject to a consumer contract executed separately in accordance with the law. The consumer contract applies on its own terms between the parties. For purchases made on our site, the pre-information form and distance sales contract terms you will see during each transaction shall apply.

Membership Cancellation
You can cancel your AKTİF MÜŞTERİ membership by sending an email to [email protected].
Deletion of Demo Account
To delete your AKTİF MÜŞTERİ demo account, you can go to the profile page in the mobile application and select "Delete My Account." If the demo period has ended, the system automatically deletes demo accounts within 15 days.
Right to Amend
AKTİF MÜŞTERİ reserves the right to make any changes it deems necessary to the provisions of this Privacy Policy and to the products, services, and opportunities it offers to its customers; such changes will become effective as of the moment they are announced by AKTİF MÜŞTERİ and/or on the website www.aktifmusteri.com, within the mobile application, or through other appropriate methods. All rights related to campaigns that may be organized by AKTİF MÜŞTERİ from time to time are reserved.
