Barcode Labels & Item Tracking

Each work order receives a label attached to the garment or accessory bag. In the workshop, scanning occurs at each step: cutting → fitting → alteration → ironing → packaging. Ready items matched with shelf numbers are found instantly at delivery.

Pricing & Partial Payments

Labor items and estimated duration form the pricing base. Coefficients can be set for fabric or pattern complexity. Partial payments or deposits are automatically recorded; the balance is collected at delivery via POS/online link. Payment links via PayTR/iyzico are tracked in reports.

e-Invoice & e-Archive

E-documents are generated with service and material lines. If revisions or extras occur, they are reflected as adjustments. Cancellations/returns are handled transparently with corrective documents.

Ready Notifications & Delivery

When an item is marked ready, the customer is notified. The message includes branch, business hours, and payment status; delivery can be scheduled by appointment. At delivery, a report compares measurements and revision counts; a satisfaction survey is sent.

Promotions & Loyalty

In tailoring, packages and time-based discounts are most effective. Campaigns like “wedding package” (bride–groom set), “3 jobs at 20% off,” or “weekdays 12–4pm 10% off” are managed by a rules engine. Loyalty points can be auto-assigned when spending thresholds are reached; expiry and branch limits can be defined.

Reporting: Fitting Efficiency & Delay Management

The system provides metrics like number of fittings, revision count, delays, average basket size, profitability, and campaign ROI on live dashboards. “Delay alerts” compare planned vs. actual delivery dates in real time. Reports can be exported to Excel/PDF; seasonal/wedding periods can be compared.

Multi-Branch & Authorization

Branch-specific price lists, role–permission sets, and staff targets are managed centrally. Users only see the screens they are authorized for; personal data is masked on phones. Audit trails record critical updates.

Online Orders & Portal

Customers can update measurements, schedule fittings, check statuses, and access e-documents through the portal. Deposits may be required for online requests; rescheduling links work automatically.
